Find a quiet place where no one and nothing will disturb you for a while. Sit in a comfortable chair. Gently close your eyes. Watch for a moment your breathing, until it is light and regular. If you are used to practice deep relaxation or meditation, follow your normal routine until you mind is calm and peaceful.

Concentrate your attention on your right hand, resting palm up on your lap. Although it is motionless, it is filled with life. Oxygen, water, and food are flowing through it. Waste is taken away. Millions of cells are busy growing and dividing. Some rise to the surface of the skin, replacing dead epidermis. Other reconstruct worn-out inner parts. Blood keeps moving through miles of capillaries, vessels, and arteries. Lymphatic fluid slowly travels the maze of tissues. The immense network of nervous fibers attentively monitors every external changes. Try to visualize for a moment this activity.

Now, focus on the center of the palm, on a tiny spot no larger than the tip of a needle. Take your time; the little spot should feel warm or start tingling. As if using an infinitely fine laser beam of mental energy, penetrate through the skin until you reach a cell deep within your hand. Pass through the membrane of the cell and through its inner fluid. Enter the nucleus, then a coiled DNA spiral. Zoom into one of the DNA's nucleotide and its vibrating molecules. Dart through the microcosmic vacuum in between particles. Dive into a cloud of quarks and other infinitely small specks of matter. Finally, like if passing through a looking glass, let your beam of mental energy plunge and fuse into the pure field of a simple Eternon, right in the core of your hand.

Stay with this Eternon while you observe "my whole body is a huge assembly of points of compressed energy just like the one in the center of my palm."  If you wish,  travel instantly toward similar Eternons in other parts of you: in your heart, your stomach, your eye,  your leg, your brain. Then return to the center of your palm to start the journey toward the other end of your Eternon spectrum, toward your Leading Eternon.

The Eternon you have met within your hand vibrates intensely. Its waves spread and merge with the waves of other swarming Eternons. They add up to form each time more intricate energy patterns, to materialize more complex structures. Visualize these waves of Eternons as they become vital points, as these points gather into particles, particles into atoms, atoms into molecules, molecules into cells, cells into tissues. Let your entire hand emerges from the vibrational patterns you discovered concealed within it. Then see your arm, your torso, your entire body materialize out of the same invisible vibrations.

This is what your whole association is about:  layers of wavy matter-energy. The ultimate layer is its charismatic leader, your true, immaterial, and permanent self: your Leading Eternon. Think: "I am the cosmic wisdom who has assembled and animates my body and my soul". Stay a while with the picture of your leading Eternon as a warm and bright energy that permeates your entire being and directs your thoughts. Keep relaxing an instant, then open your eyes.
