Psychokinesis differs from psychometry. It is the setting of matter into motion through the mere power of the mind.

Psychokinesis sounds farfetched, but it is quite common. Every one of us is a master at it simply because every one of us thinks. Each of our thoughts sets into motion the material atoms and molecules of our brain. Our state of mind even affects other molecules throughout our body, as attested by psychological illnesses and recoveries.

Can consciousness move matter on a larger scale, displacing or deforming objects, dematerializing and reconstructing beings? Of course! It is exactly what Eternons, who are pure conscious energy, do all the time. For instance, when they grow a baby into an adult, or when they grow a cloud of dust into a stellar system.

Can we do the same? In theory yes, but the most gifted among us seem to achieve little more than moving lightweight objects a few inches. As for human teleportation, it remains fictional. Physicists cannot detail the molecular arrangement of a single cell. How could they dismantle and reconstitute structures counting many trillions of them? Clearly, Eternons have not endowed the human structure with significant psychokinetic talent.

But what about levitation, this peculiar form of psychokinesis. Many spiritual texts claim that enlightened sages defied gravitation. The Buddha is said to have flown through the air, Christ to have walked on water. When in ecstasy, saints are supposed to be lifting up from the ground. Yogis and Tibetan monks have the reputation to hop or float in the air while in deep meditation. We have today little evidence to sustain these claims. Yet gravitation, like electromagnetism, is merely a particular form of Universal Energy. Although it is obviously not offered to everyone, maybe some gifted subjects succeed in controlling gravitation through altered states of consciousness.
